Will you accept my order?

We do not know. In some cases, we can accept your order so please email us. We are not running a "over-night business", if we don't take your order, we will let you know.

Which college templates you have?

We have over 880 templates over the world, include USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Asian countries, European countries, and Middle-East too. Just send us an email to confirm which college/university you want. Also, you can provide us a template if you need a custom made. We can match it as closely as possible.

Can you make transcript?

Yes/No, in fact we are unwilling to. Unless you have a strong reason. It is not easy, and need a lot of works (usually take more than 2 weeks).

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Money Order, Western Union, Money Gram (Credit Card Payment NOT always available).  We will use third-party agent to collect money. It is because we need security too. We promise to give you a quality work, and you give us money, that's!

How is the order processing work?

First, please fill out the order form, and email to diplomainc@gmail.com. You will have the initial feedback on your order within 24 hrs. Once everything is confirmed (layout, seal, font, payment option, shipment mode, ...etc), you will need to wire up the money transfer via Credit Card/Western Union/Money Gram. Usually your order will be shipped out within~2 weeks.

Does your company legit? How can I trust you?

If you don't trust, please don't order, or even contact us. Our "company" isn't a registered legal firm. In fact, we don't consider it as a company at all. We don't have any business license, and we don't give out our contact number too. But we believe our paper is top in class, and in short, it is "useable".

I am in rush, can you finish my order within 2-3 days?

No, No, No! Again, quality take time. That's why we have to limit our custom design order. We don't ship out a shit!

Is it really 100% replica?

No, it is still a replica, we can't guarantee it. There always have minor or some change need to made in order to make it look like real.

How soon can I get a novelty diploma?

Around 2 weeks. We do have rush service for some generic design diploma, but for custom made, or real design diploma, we can't accept rush order. Please contact us earlier.

Will my diploma have any word "novelty" on it?

No. No funny thing on it too!

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes! If we make a mistake or misspell on your information, we will send a replacement to you. However we do not offer refund due to the nature of the product. Our goal is to make "useable" diploma. If you want to make change on the diploma after you received it just let us know and we will happy to help you out. It might cost extra money or at no cost depending on your request.
