1) What kind of services do you offer?

Many types of documents for NOVELTY purposes, including diplomas, certificates, letters, transcripts, etc.

2) Can you send me a sample of the University of xxxxxx?

We receive too many sample/template requests daily to keep up with the demand. You must send us your order form first. We are serious on this aspect: you MUST at least provide a graduation year and major, or in some cases let us know which language of diploma you desire, especially for universities in Canada, where both French and English versions are available.

3) Which college templates do you have?

We have over 980 templates available from all over the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, some Asian and European countries, and the Middle East, too. Just send us an email to confirm which college/university you are looking for. Also, you can provide us a template if you need a custom–made document, and we will match it as closely as possible.

4) Can you make watermark paper?

We have in the past, but it is too expensive and no one will pay for that. Feel free to send us an email for more information.

5) What are the payment options?

We prefer bank transfer, or Credit Card, but we also can take Western Union or MoneyGram (only if customer request).

6) I am in a rush. Can you finish my order within 2-3 days?

No, No, No! Quality takes time. That’s why we have to limit our custom-made orders. We don’t give a damn about your rush!

7) Is it really a 100% match to my original diploma/document?

No, it is still a replication, and also if the original design have copyright/trademark, we will not replica it. We can only offer an alternative design for you to choose. All we can do is get it as close as possible but still obey the law.

8) How soon can I get my diploma?

Around 2 weeks. We do offer rush service for some generic diploma designs, but for custom-made (real diploma) orders, we don’t accept rush orders. Please contact us earlier if you are in a hurry.

9) Will my diploma have the word “novelty” on it?

There will be a small sticker “Novetly” on the back page. But you can remove it easily.

10) Do you offer any guarantee?

Yes! If we make a mistake or misspell your information, we will send a replacement to you at no charge. We usually send out a draft before we print, and you will have a chance to check everything. However, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. Our goal is to make “usable” diplomas. If you want to make changes to the diploma after you receive it, just let us know and we will happy to help you out. Changes might cost extra, or might be offered at no cost, depending on your request.
